Eric Bradley is a professional studio singer, whistler, and voice actor in Los Angeles, where he has spent more than thirty years working on the other side of a red light.
He has worked on hundreds of films, TV shows, commercials, video games, theme parks, and albums. His voice can be heard (as of this writing) on 10 of the 50 highest-grossing films of all time. Since 2000 he has sung with Dick Van Dyke in the quartet The Vantastix.
He is also a certified breathwork, meditation, and yin yoga teacher, and worked as a certified personal trainer for about a decade, starting in 1998. The Joyful Exhale, the method at the center of this book, is his own: practiced daily for three decades, and taught, when the chance came, long before it was ever written down.
